Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services offered through vegazcasi.com to users of the Vegaz Casino site version ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using any games or services on vegazcasi.com you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are issued by Versus Odds B.V., a company registered in Curaçao, and are effective from 6 November 2025 ("Effective Date"). They apply together with any game rules, bonus conditions and policies referenced herein, including the Bonus Terms and Responsible Gaming Policy available on vegazcasi.com.

Definitions

  • Operator means Versus Odds B.V., registration number 147011, having its registered address at Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad, Curaçao. The Operator owns and operates the online casino services made available through vegazcasi.com for the Vegaz Casino site version.

  • KYC ("Know Your Customer") means the identity, age, residence and source-of-funds verification checks we carry out to satisfy legal, regulatory and anti-money laundering obligations.
  • Payment Processors means third-party entities engaged to process payments related to the Website, including Deloraze Limited (registration number HE 410283, Cyprus) and Mirage Ent. Corporation (Cyprus) Limited, Menandrou 4, Gala Tower, 2nd Floor, 1066, Nicosia, Cyprus.
  • Business Day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Curaçao or Cyprus on which banks are generally open for business.

Account Registration

To use the gambling services on vegazcasi.com via the Vegaz Casino site version you must create an Account and satisfy our eligibility and KYC requirements. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete and that you meet all conditions below.

Eligibility and age verification

  • Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old, and at least the minimum legal gambling age in your country of residence, whichever is higher. We will take reasonable steps to verify your age, and you agree to provide any documents we reasonably require, such as a passport, national ID card or driving licence.
  • Location and legal capacity: You may only open an Account and use the services where it is lawful for you to do so under the laws of your jurisdiction. Registration process and KYC

User obligations and account security

  • Accuracy of data: You must keep your registration details and KYC information complete and up to date. If any details change, you must promptly update them or notify us. We may suspend the Account if we believe any information is false, misleading or incomplete.
  • Password and access: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. You must not share your credentials or allow any third party to access your Account. Betting & Gameplay Rules

All Bets placed via vegazcasi.com are subject to these Terms, the specific Game rules supplied by us or our game providers, and any on-screen instructions. By placing a Bet you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Placing, accepting and settling bets

  • Bet limits: Each Game displays the applicable minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits may vary between Games and may be adjusted by us at any time. It is your responsibility to check the limits before placing a Bet.
  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted once it has been processed by our servers and appears in your Game or Account history. If a disconnection or technical issue occurs after you have initiated a Bet but before confirmation, the outcome recorded on our servers will prevail.
  • Irreversibility: Once accepted, a Bet cannot normally be cancelled or modified. In cases of obvious error (for example, a material misconfiguration of odds or stake caused by a technical fault), we may void affected Bets and return the relevant stake to you.

Game conduct and fair play

  • Game rules and RNG: The outcome of Games is determined by random number generator (RNG) software or by the actions of live dealers, as applicable. The underlying rules are provided by the relevant game suppliers and are available within each Game. Our records and those of our suppliers are final and conclusive in determining the outcome of any Bet, subject to manifest error.
  • Prohibited behaviour: You must not engage in any fraudulent, collusive, unfair or abusive conduct. This includes using automated tools or bots, exploiting software or Game bugs, manipulating connection or latency, or intentionally disconnecting to affect the outcome of a Bet. Where we reasonably suspect such behaviour, we may void affected Bets, withhold winnings and suspend or close your Account.
  • Live casino and chat rules: Where chat functionality is provided (for example in live casino), you must behave respectfully and lawfully. Insults, threats, harassment, hate speech, obscene or racist language, advertising of other services, sharing of personal data, promotion of illegal activity or any form of spamming are strictly prohibited. We may mute, restrict, or permanently remove chat access, and may suspend or close your Account for serious or repeated breaches.

Errors, malfunctions and void bets

  • Malfunctions: If a Game, software or hardware malfunction occurs, all affected Bets and payouts may be voided. In such case, the Bet, round or Game may be cancelled, and where appropriate the stake will be restored to your Account balance.
  • Technical issues: We are not responsible for interruptions caused by failures of your equipment, internet connection, mobile network or any other external factors outside our reasonable control. In such cases, the outcome recorded on our servers will prevail, and you may view the final result through your Game or Account history once connectivity is restored.
  • Disputes about results: If you dispute the result of a Game, you must contact us without undue delay and provide relevant details. We will review server logs, game provider data and any other relevant information. Our final decision will be made acting reasonably and in good faith, but does not affect your right to escalate complaints in accordance with the "Governing Law & Jurisdiction" section below.

Bonus Terms

From time to time we may offer Bonuses and other promotions to Users of vegazcasi.com, including those using the Vegaz Casino site version. All Bonuses are discretionary, may be amended or withdrawn, and are subject to these Terms, the specific promotional rules, and the separate Bonus Terms available at https://vegazcasi.com/en/bonus-terms.

Bonus activation and wagering

  • Activation conditions: Bonus offers may require you to opt in, use a bonus code, select a specific payment method, or make a qualifying deposit. The eligibility criteria and any minimum deposit or Bet amounts will be stated in the relevant promotion description.
  • Wagering requirements: Unless clearly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as Real-money Funds. The applicable wagering multipliers, eligible Games and any maximum bet per spin/round will be specified in the relevant promotion or in the Bonus Terms. Different Games may contribute differently towards meeting wagering requirements.
  • Time limits: Bonuses may expire if the wagering requirements or other conditions are not met within the timeframe specified in the promotion or Bonus Terms. Upon expiry, the remaining Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not met the conditions may be removed from your Account.

Bonus use restrictions and prohibited play

  • Game restrictions: Certain Games or Game categories may be excluded or have reduced contribution towards wagering. Excluded Games or categories will be listed in the Bonus Terms or specific offer. Placing Bets on excluded Games with active Bonus Funds may result in the Bonus and associated winnings being withheld or cancelled.
  • Abusive strategies: We may treat as Bonus abuse, among other things, low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as betting on both red and black in roulette), placing large bets after a significant win and then reducing stakes, or using multiple accounts or payment methods to claim the same offer several times. Where we reasonably identify Bonus abuse, we may cancel the Bonus, remove associated winnings and close or suspend any affected Account.
  • Combining promotions: Unless expressly permitted, you may not combine multiple Bonuses or promotions in a way that results in overlapping wagering conditions on the same deposit or Bet. If you have more than one active promotion, the order in which Bonuses are used and cleared will follow the rules set out in the Bonus Terms or as displayed in your Account.

Bonus funds, real-money funds and refunds

  • Wallet structure: Where applicable, your Account may maintain separate Real-money and Bonus balances. Real-money Funds are generally used first to place Bets, unless otherwise indicated. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the relevant conditions are met.
  • Cancellation and withdrawal: You may request cancellation of an active Bonus, but this may result in the removal of any associated Bonus Funds and winnings. We have no obligation to reinstate cancelled or expired Bonuses. If you withdraw funds before completing the wagering requirements, we may cancel the Bonus and deduct Bonus Funds and related winnings from your Account in accordance with the Bonus Terms.
  • Bonus-related errors: In case of a Bonus being credited in error or incorrectly configured (for example, an incorrect Bonus amount or wagering requirement), we may correct the error by removing or adjusting the Bonus and any related winnings, provided we act reasonably and promptly inform you of the correction.

Payments & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vegazcasi.com in connection with the Vegaz Casino site version are processed in accordance with these Terms, applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing laws, and the rules of our Payment Processors.

Deposits

  • Payment methods: We may offer a range of deposit methods, including payment cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and selected cryptocurrencies, as shown in the cashier section of your Account. The availability of specific methods may depend on your location and other factors and may change from time to time.
  • Payment processing partners: Deposits may be processed by Versus Odds B.V. directly or through its affiliated and third-party Payment Processors, including Deloraze Limited (Cyprus) and Mirage Ent. Corporation (Cyprus) Limited. The descriptor on your bank or card statement may therefore refer to one of these entities or another payment partner.
  • Deposit limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction, per day or per month will be displayed in the cashier. We do not charge deposit fees unless clearly stated prior to confirmation, but your bank, card issuer, wallet provider or crypto network may impose their own fees or exchange rates, for which we are not responsible.
  • Use of funds: Deposits are intended solely for placing Bets on the Website. We may, in line with our anti-money laundering obligations, require that all or part of a deposit be wagered before permitting withdrawal, particularly where we suspect misuse of the Website as a money transfer facility.

Withdrawals

  • Withdrawal requests: You may request withdrawal of available Real-money Funds from your Account using any method listed as available to you in the cashier. We may, where possible, process withdrawals back to the same method used for deposits. Withdrawal limits per transaction or per period will be shown in the cashier.
  • Verification and processing times: We may carry out additional verification checks when you request a withdrawal, including confirming your identity, address, payment method ownership and source of funds. Processing times may therefore vary and depend on the timely receipt of requested documents. After internal approval, the time taken for funds to reach you will depend on the Payment Processor and the banking or crypto network.
  • Fees and currency conversion: We may charge reasonable withdrawal fees where clearly disclosed before you confirm a withdrawal. Where currency conversion occurs, it will be performed at rates and using methods determined by the relevant Payment Processor or financial institution, and we are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

Refunds, chargebacks and crypto-specific terms

  • Refunds: Once a deposit has been used for wagering, we are under no obligation to refund that deposit. Where a deposit has not yet been used for any Bets, we may, at our discretion and subject to anti-money laundering checks, refund the deposit (or a portion of it) to the original payment method, potentially less any reasonable processing costs.
  • Chargebacks: You agree not to make chargeback requests without legitimate reason. If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend your Account, recover any unpaid amounts (including chargeback fees) from any future deposits or winnings, and provide relevant information to Payment Processors, banks, card schemes and authorities.
  • Cryptocurrency: If we support cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals, you acknowledge that the value of cryptocurrencies is volatile and may fluctuate between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal or gameplay. We are not responsible for any loss of value due to market movements, network congestion, transaction delays or wallet misconfiguration on your side. You must ensure that you use correct wallet addresses and networks; transactions sent to an incorrect or incompatible address may be irrecoverable.

Dormant accounts and balances

  • Dormant status: If you do not log in to your Account for a prolonged period of time, we may treat the Account as dormant. The applicable period and any fees or procedures for dormant Accounts will be communicated on the Website and shall comply with applicable law.
  • Account closure and remaining funds: Where your Account is closed in accordance with these Terms, we will, subject to legal and regulatory requirements and any ongoing investigation, pay out any remaining Real-money Funds to you, using a method selected by us acting reasonably. This is subject to your cooperation with any outstanding KYC or anti-money laundering checks.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to that, the following limitations apply.

Our obligations and service availability

  • Service provision: We shall provide the Website and Games with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with these Terms, the applicable Game rules and our obligations under our Curaçao licence 8048/JAZ2021-033 issued by Antillephone N.V. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous availability of specific Games or error-free operation.
  • Technical issues: We are not responsible for failures, delays or interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including failures of telecommunications networks, the internet, third-party software or hardware, power outages, strikes, civil disturbances, acts of government, natural disasters or similar events.
  • Third-party content: Games and certain services are supplied by third-party providers. We are not liable for any act, omission or default of such providers, save to the extent we have failed to exercise reasonable care in selecting or supervising them and such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Exclusions and limitations

  • Indirect and consequential loss: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses or damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or these Terms.
  • Maximum liability: Subject to the non-excludable liabilities described above, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of any single incident or series of related incidents shall be limited to the amount of the stake, wager or net loss actually incurred by you in relation to the specific Bet, Game or transaction that gave rise to the claim.
  • User responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring the compatibility of your hardware, software and internet connection with the Website, maintaining the security of your devices and login credentials, and complying with applicable laws. Restrictions

  • Prohibited acts: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, sell, rent, lease, sub-license or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or its content without our prior written consent, except to the limited extent permitted by mandatory law.

Changes to Terms

We may update or amend these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, our licence conditions, technical developments, or changes in our business operations or services.

Notification and acceptance

  • Communication of changes: When we make material changes to these Terms, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance by appropriate means, which may include email, on-site messages, pop-up notices or banners on vegazcasi.com, or a combination of these.
  • Effective date of changes: Updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice and/or in the updated document. The Effective Date at the top of these Terms will be amended accordingly. Your continued use of the Website after the Effective Date will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
  • If you do not agree: If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Website and may request closure of your Account. Subject to completion of any outstanding checks and investigations, you may withdraw any remaining Real-money Funds in accordance with the "Payments & Withdrawals" section.

Termination & Suspension

Both you and we may terminate the contractual relationship governed by these Terms under the conditions described below. Termination or suspension may affect your access to the Website, your ability to place Bets, and your entitlement to Bonuses and winnings.

Account suspension and closure by us

  • Grounds for action: We may suspend or close your Account, restrict access to the Website, or withhold funds where we reasonably believe that: (i) you have breached these Terms or any Game rules or Bonus Terms; (ii) you have provided false or misleading information; (iii) you are underage or otherwise ineligible; (iv) you have engaged in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, Bonus abuse or other unlawful or improper activity; (v) you have initiated or attempted an unauthorized chargeback; or (vi) we are required to do so by law, a regulator, a Payment Processor or another competent authority.
  • Ongoing investigations: During an investigation, we may restrict deposits, Bets and withdrawals. We will act as quickly as reasonably possible, taking into account legal and regulatory obligations. Where permitted by law, we will inform you of the reasons for suspension or closure.
  • Consequences: On closure, any active Bonuses may be cancelled and Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited. Real-money Funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law and these Terms; for example, we may return legitimate funds to you or, in cases of confirmed fraud or illegality, withhold or confiscate funds where legally justified.

Account closure and self-exclusion by you

  • Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support via vegazcasi.com. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and confirm your decision. After closure, you will no longer be able to access the Account or place Bets.
  • Self-exclusion and responsible gambling: We encourage responsible gambling and offer tools to help you manage your activity, as described in our Responsible Gaming Policy at https://vegazcasi.com/en/responsible-gaming. These may include deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. Because we are licensed in Curaçao and not by the UK Gambling Commission, we are not part of the UK GamStop scheme. If you have self-excluded elsewhere, you must not use our services.
  • Funds on termination: Following voluntary closure or expiry of a self-exclusion period, you may, subject to these Terms and completion of any outstanding checks, request withdrawal of any remaining Real-money Funds. We do not guarantee re-opening of Accounts after closure or self-exclusion.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, your Account and your use of the Website are primarily governed by the laws of Curaçao, where Versus Odds B.V. is incorporated and licensed. However, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, such as the United Kingdom, may also apply and prevail where they provide you with greater protection and cannot be contractually excluded.

Regulatory status and implications for UK players

The regulator will consider your complaint in accordance with its own procedures.
  • Court proceedings: Subject to mandatory provisions of applicable consumer law, any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account or your use of the Website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao. This is without prejudice to any right you may have, as a consumer resident in the UK, to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where such right is provided by mandatory law.
